My experience was dampened by the poor elevator situation. Only one of the two elevators was operational, making check-in and check-out frustratingly slow. Additionally, the room was not adequately stocked upon arrival, leaving us to request essential items. It felt like the hotel was unprepared for the number of guests during our stay.
